















This includes everything from the HR Starter Package, plus up to 2 hours with a member of our HR consultancy team to use as you wish to help you get started in employing people. Examples of how this time has been used include:
- To actually draft, print and issue contracts to employees; rather than using mail merge and doing yourself.
- To have additional policies included in your handbook, perhaps ones that are specifically important to your line of business.
- Some consultancy advice on key people management/development challenges in your business - for example, advising on the best ways to recruit; managing the probationary period; designing effective induction programmes.
- For the consultant to spend time with the teams explaining the handbook and taking any questions.
