This includes everything from the HR Starter Package, plus up to 2 hours with a member of our HR consultancy team to use as you wish to help you get started in employing people. Examples of how this time has been used include:

To actually draft, print and issue contracts to employees; rather than using mail merge and doing yourself.

To have additional policies included in your handbook, perhaps ones that are specifically important to your line of business.

Some consultancy advice on key people management/development challenges in your business - for example, advising on the best ways to recruit; managing the probationary period; designing effective induction programmes.

For the consultant to spend time with the teams explaining the handbook and taking any questions.
