















The decision as to which level of membership would suit you is discussed between you and one of our HR team, but will depend on what you want from your HR provision, the size and type of organisation and also your current level of HR processes/practices in place.
Our highest level of service is working with your organisation on a strategic level, assisting the senior management team/board to meet their business goals through people management and development. This could be in terms of ensuring the correct levels of staff and talent to grow your business, or looking at the HR KPIs to ensure best value for money and effective use of your human resources.
This level of service can also include evaluating current reward and benefits
means dealing with issues as they arise and advising on people management when needed such as managing maternity, performance management and recruitment.
This service is delivered by a HR consultant who would be at least part qualified with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and with experience in operational HR. Where possible we will allocate an adviser with experience in the client's sector, though we cannot always guarantee this.
The same consultant works with you every month, so that they really get to know your business and your people, building relationships of trust with both managers and employees. To maximise the effectiveness of this relationship, as far as possible we prefer to deliver the service on site for our clients.
